Two months later I returned.
Unfortunately I did not have the time to document my endeavours while on location. Two reasons for that: most of the time I was in training, with no opportunity to carry a camera, and access to the internet was not as easy as in my previous trip. As I'm not endowed with the talent to grip readers without offering some visual clues to spice perceptions up, I wouldn't even try.
Now, back, I can update this log. I'll do it as I process the pictures I took in the last 2 days of diving, the only ones where, free from the training burden, I was able to gladly carry a camera and strobe down under...
During these 2 days I visited Nohoch Na Chich, still my favourite, and upstream Carwash, past the room of tears.
I carried a separate strobe this time, a Sea & Sea YS-90, that for the confined spaces of systems like Carwash was more than enough, and solved part of my lighting problems, as you can see from this picture of my buddy Pietro, a photographer himself. Wouldn't it be nice if my photographic skills could be improved as easily?...
